This is another great add on from FireFox that allow you to download videos from YouTube-like sites to local hard drive.
Video Downloadhelper can also download audio clips and images.
All you have to do is just click on the Video DownloadHelper icon everytime the icon get animated.
This tool have a nice option to automatically convert the video files to preferred video format.
