BeFunky

Want to convert your current image or photo to cartoon?

BeFunky is a FREE online image tool that can transform images to cartoon style.
You don't need to be an expert to use it. The choices are simple and easy. You can adjust your image with different kind of results.

They have:
* Cartoonizer - an online application that allows users to turn images and videos into digital paintings, cartoons and comics.

* Uvatar – a digital visual identity tool that takes the avatar concept to an extraordinary new level by letting users create a more accurate digital representation of themselves.

You can upload your image from desktop, url and even a snapshot via webcam (this is cool!).

After uploaded your photo, they have more tool option:
- Sketch: to create a black and white pencil drawing of the photo
- Color: to make sketches look colorful
- Warp: to push and pull any area of an image
- Goodies: ability to add fames, speech baloons, text, graphics, shapes and more

PicMarkr - Free Watermark

PicMarkr is online tool that will add custom watermark (image or text) to your images. Usually image watermarking being used to protect your copyrights or add some descriptions to your pictures. You can see the image examples from my previous posts.

The steps for creating this watermark are easy:
1. Upload your photos
You can either import it from Flickr (you must have the account) or just upload it from your computer. You can upload 5 files and total file size less than 25MB. PicMarkr has the option to resize your uploaded pictures to 500 pixels, 800 pixels and 1024 pixels.

2. Set watermark to your images
PicMarkr has 3 options, Text watermark, Image watermark and Tiled watermark. It has the option for the presets and watermark align.

3. Save your images
After creating your watermark, you can upload the images back to Flickr or save it to your own computer.

That's it, with minimum settings and don't need to download or install everything, PicMarkr has help me to create watermark the easy way. And yes, it's FREE.

VisitWidget


Visit Widget is a javascript based visitor tracking tool that gathers information about activity on your site(s) and displays information that is useful to both the site owner and the site visitors.

They have some nice widgets :

1. All in one Widget
This is a multi-use widget that combines all the features of our other widgets into one convenient widget. Use the right and left arrows or click "Display Menu" to view Most Popular Pages, Search Keywords, Visiting Countries, Referring Site or Referring Search Engine.

2. Top Popular Pages Widget
This is an interactive widget that shows your site or blog's most popular web pages. Clickable URLs help guide visitors to your site's most important content. Find out how many people visited and how many times your pages were viewed.

3. Top Referring Sites Widget
This visit widget displays the URLs of the websites that refer the most traffic to your site or blog. Clickable links provide an easy tool to link back to your referring sites.

4. Top Search Engines Widget
This is a fun information widget that lets your visitors know which search engines most people are using to find your site or blog. Let them know if they're in the majority or in the minority when it comes to their search engine preference.

5. Top Search Keywords Widget
Share your sites most common search keywords with your visitors. Let them know what other visitors are searching for when they come to your site or blog.

6. Top Visiting Countries Widget
This is a fun information widget that lets you know which countries that visitors to your site or blog are coming from. You might be surprised to learn where people are finding you.


The installation is easy :

1. Click on the "Get This Widget" link located at the bottom of an active widget. This will bring up the "Widget Settings" window.
2. Click on the "Get Widget!" button to display the javascript code snippet.
3. Right-click in the box containing the code, and choose the "Select All" option to highlight the whole code snippet.
4. Right-click again and choose the "Copy" option to add the code onto your clipboard.
5. Paste the copied code into your web page

Once the widget code has been installed on your web pages, you should begin seeing data at the top of the next hour. In other words, if you place the code in at 4:30pm, you won't see any data until 5:00pm.

To change the look of your widget, simply click on the "Get This Widget" link located at the bottom of your widget to bring up the Widget Settings window. From here you can change the size, how many lines of data to show, default date ranges and more. Click on the "Update Preview" to see how your changes will affect the appearance of the widget in the "Preview" window. Once satisfied, click on the "Get Widget!" button and copy and paste the updated widget code snippet.

SiteAdvisor is a tool from McAfee that protects Internet users from all kinds of Web-based security threats and annoyances including spyware, adware, unwanted software, spam, pop-ups, online fraud and identity theft.

SiteAdvisor summarize the safety results with intuitive red, yellow and green ratings. The ratings based on :
  • Web sites are tested for 'phishing' and other online scams, affiliations with dangerous sites, excessive pop-ups, and browser exploits.
  • Downloads are analyzed by installing software on our test computers and checking for viruses and any bundled adware, spyware or other unwanted programs.
  • Sign-up forms are completed using a one-time use e-mail address so the volume and "spamminess" of any subsequent e-mail can be tracked.
  • Feedback from individual users and site owners, plus analysis by McAfee staff enhance SiteAdvisor's automated testing.
For to date SiteAdvisor already tested :
